I have been using this for a year or so now, and lent it to our store manager to try in November (she's very picky). After one use, she told me we had to carry the shampoo and conditioner in our store (roastery, coffee shop, groceries, et al). Even with the mail strike, Zero Waste got it to us in good time and I am very pleased with the sales. It cleans my hair without stripping the oil, and conditions without feeling waxy.
