We are currently offering free shipping in Canada and the US on orders over CA$70 or US$55. For orders below the minimum, we charge a flat rate starting at $6.99 depending on the destination.
As you may or may not know, shipping costs have been increasing steadily and we're doing our best to offer affordable options for you.
Note: Order subtotal must be over this threshold after any discounts and before tax.
We believe that even the smallest actions can make a big difference. That's why we go the extra mile to make sure all of our packages are shipped using recyclable and biodegradable materials.
We try and use post consumer shipping boxes as often as possible, we use kraft paper fill for padding and the boxes are sealed with paper tape.
We also work with our shipping partners to minimize waste and emissions. We are proud to offer carbon neutral shipping on each and every order!
Processing and Delivery Times
For US customers, we typically ship with USPS (United States Postal Service). We have partnered with a courier that brings our shipments to the border which are then shipped from Pembina, North Dakota.
** Orders under $800 will not incur any additional duties or taxes so you don't have to worry about unexpected charges when your order is delivered!
Once the order has shipped, it is your responsibility to track the package and be available for delivery. If the delivery is missed, it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the couriers pick up point. If packages go unclaimed and are returned to us, there may be a return and restocking fee of $5

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivery time is typically between 2-7 days accross Canada and the US.

What should I do if I have a problem with my shipment?

I can only receive shipments from specific couriers, what can I do?
If you can only receive deliveries from specific couriers, please send us an email as soon as your order is placed. We will do our best to accomodate to make sure everything arrives safely! Additional shipping charges may apply
