We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we're confident you will be! We stand behind our products fully and if you ever have issues or aren't satisfied with something you've purchased from us, let us know and we'll make it right!

Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages

Once the order has shipped and leaves our warehouse, it is your responsibility to track the package and be available for delivery. If the delivery is missed, it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the couriers pick up point. If packages go unclaimed and are returned to us, there may be a return and restocking fee of $5. We will refund the cost of the products minus any shipping costs incurred. 

Tried It, Didn't Love It?

Reducing our environmental footprint means minimizing return shipments, as they contribute significantly to waste. If a product falls short of your expectations, please reach out to our support team immediately. We're committed to finding a resolution for you. In the rare event we can't resolve your concerns, you'll be responsible for returning the products to us. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund, excluding any shipping charges.
