Shipping Policy
We currently ship Zero Waste MVMT orders to customers in Canada and the United States. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and final shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your shipping address, order value, and selected market currency.
Order Processing
Most orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Canada Shipping
Canadian orders ship with standard tracked shipping. The current shipping options and any available free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Estimated delivery for Canadian orders is typically 2-6 business days after the order has shipped.
United States Shipping
U.S. orders ship with standard tracked shipping. The current shipping options and any available free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is typically 4-8 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply depending on your shipping address and local requirements. Any applicable charges shown at checkout are included in your order total. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@zerowastemvmt.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check around your delivery area, with household members, building staff, neighbours, or your local carrier first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us at info@zerowastemvmt.com and we will help you review the next steps.
Zero Waste MVMT is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will always do our best to support you with the carrier investigation process.
Returns
Return shipping terms are covered separately in our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
